This Privacy Policy explains how Scholarship Tally (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use https://scholarshiptally.com (the “Site”). We publish scholarship guides for international students. We are not a scholarship application processor.
1. Who this policy covers
It applies to visitors who read articles, use forms or comments if enabled, and contact us by email. It does not cover third-party university or funder websites you visit through our links—those sites have their own policies.

- Partnership or press enquiries: professional contact details you include

We do not require you to create an account to read guides. We do not ask for passport numbers, bank credentials, or scholarship application packages through the Site.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your contact messages to submit scholarship applications on your behalf.

If comments are open, the comment system and anti-spam tools (such as a challenge service) may process your IP and user agent. Embedded content from other sites (videos, forms) behaves as if you visited the other site directly and may set their cookies.

Outbound links to scholarship portals are not a “transfer” of your application data by us—you interact with those organisations separately.

Contact emails are kept as long as needed to resolve the request and for legitimate business records. Server logs are retained for a limited operational period. Comments remain until you request removal or we delete them for moderation reasons, subject to backups.

10. International visitors
The Site serves a global audience of international students. Your information may be processed in countries where our host or tool providers operate. We take reasonable steps appropriate to the nature of the data we hold (which is typically limited correspondence and technical logs).

The Site is aimed at people exploring higher education and professional fellowships. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in a manner prohibited by applicable law. Contact us if you believe we have received such data.
