What to contact us about
Corrections and updates
If you spot an outdated deadline, wrong fully funded vs partial label, eligibility error, or broken official link in a guide, tell us. Include:
- The page URL or programme name
- What looks wrong
- A link to the official source that supports the correction
- The UTC date/time shown on the official page, if the issue is a deadline
We prioritise factual fixes that protect applicants from missing application deadlines or misunderstanding funding coverage.
Partnerships
Universities, foundations, and education organisations may contact us about legitimate scholarship programmes aimed at international students, including applicants from Africa and globally. We do not sell guaranteed placements, paid “application processing,” or exclusive ranking packages. Partnership conversations should focus on accurate public information applicants can verify.
Press and media
For interviews or background on scholarship discovery, deadline clarity (including UTC), and barriers facing international students, email with your outlet, deadline, and topic angles.
General questions
We cannot assess your personal eligibility, write your essays, choose your university, or submit applications. For how the site works, see How it works, the FAQ, How to apply, and Deadlines and UTC.
Response expectations
- We aim to acknowledge substantive emails when capacity allows; corrections with official links are handled first.
- We may not reply to eligibility “Am I qualified?” messages that require personal counselling.
- We will never ask you to send passwords, bank details, passport scans for “verification,” or payment to secure a scholarship through Scholarship Tally.
- Impersonation reports (someone claiming to be us) are welcome—include screenshots and URLs if safe to share.
Before you write
Check whether your question is already answered in the FAQ, Fully funded vs partial, Destinations, or Universities and funders. For who we are (and are not), see About Scholarship Tally.
